If you represent a club which is interested in joining the snooker and/or billiards league, or if you are currently a member of the LDBSA and just wish to continue next season, please use the form below to submit your application. Alternatively, you can download an application form from the DOWNLOADS section of this site. All applications must be received NO LATER THAN 15TH JULY before any given season.
