THIRD ROUND AND QUARTER FINALS DRAW

EJ Riley Individual Singles - 3rd Round

In the last remaining 2nd round match, Phil Parkin (Nelson) lost the opening frame against Martin Hunt (Lillington Bowls), before Parkin hit back with breaks of 71 and 61 to lead 2-1. Hunt won a scrappy fourth frame to force the decider, but Parkin then compiled a 36 break to win the decider and setup a third round match against two time former champion Ian Carter (Warwick Cons) in a repeat of their 3rd round clash last season.

Dean White (Windsor) became the first man into the Quarter Finals following a 3-0 win over former team mate Eddie Yates (Cubbington).

Ian Wagstaff (Windsor) and James Gillard (Nelson) resume rivalries as they meet for the fourth time in five years, with Gillard having won all three previous matches. 2006 winner Ben Deller (Warwick Cons) will be looking for revenge over Matt Bradley (Warwick Uni) who recently ended Deller's reign as Under 35s champion. In other ties, Pash Jugpal (Windsor) and Brian Higgins (Frames) clash for the second time this season following their meeting in the Six Reds Trophy, and two time champion Adam Ashley (Nelson) faces Priors' Steve Williams. Ian Kelley (Bishops Tachbrook) is home against former semi finalist Cain Magnus (Windsor) and the remaining match sees Richard Moore (Harbury) face Michael Williams (Warwick Uni). Matches to be played by Friday 17th February.

Pairs Cup - 3rd Round

A break of 67 from Ian Carter wasn't enough as he and partner Gordon Milling went down 2-1 to fellow Warwick Cons players Ben Deller & John Riches with Deller compiling a 39 break in the decider. A 31 break from Sam Blundell helped him and partner Tim Bull (Harbury) defeat Lillington Bowls pairing Mike Haynes & Trevor Lewis 2-0.

Holders Ian Wagstaff & Glen Powell (Windsor) face Priors duo Jason Harvey & Dean Young, and there's an all Nelson clash as Nigel Croft & Tony Baylis take on team mates James Gillard & Neal Stribbling. Simon Gelfs & Richard Howe (Home Guard) face Harbury pairing Terry Robinson & Richard Moore. Elsewhere, Steve Williams & Paul Petrie (Priors) face a tough match against Windsor pair Pash Jugpal & Billy Morton, and the rounds' remaining match sees Warwick Uni pairing Dan Turner & Matt Bradley face Dean White & Mark Quinton (Windsor). Due to a disqualification in the last round, Martin Cooper & Gavin Burt (Home Guard) receive a bye.

Eric Briggs Under 35s Cup - Quarter Finals

Former runner up Neal Stribbling (Nelson) met Daz McMillan (Priors), and with the score at 1-1 McMillan missed a pink for the match before Stribbling potted a great pink, to gain position on the black to win the match 2-1.

Kelvin Handley (Nelson), who defeated Phil Parkin in the last round, faces Peter Thompson (Warwick Uni), and pairs partners, 6 time champion Terry Robinson, and Richard Moore (Harbury) clash. Due to a disqualification in the last round, Matt Bradley (Warwick Uni) receives a bye.

Pete Hiley Over 50s Cup - Quarter Finals

Tie of the round sees a repeat of the 2010 final as Nelson team mates Nigel Croft and Tony Baylis face each other. There's also an all Harbury match as Roy Southam plays Shaun Green. Rob Wigley (Windsor) playing in his first Over 50s tournament is away against 2008 runner up and two time former winner Ted Mullis (Nelson). The final match of the round sees Alan Batchelder (Warwick Cons) take on Ken Ashton (Nelson).

Cliff Webb Memorial Trophy (6 Reds) - 3rd Round

Ian Carter (Warwick Cons) recorded a 35 break as he comfortably defeated Kev Ward (Frames) 3-0 to move into the quarter finals. He will play Neal Stribbling (Nelson) who comfortably defeated Nigel Whittaker (Frames) 3-0.

The tie of the round sees holder Billy Morton take on Windsor team mate and 2010 winner Pash Jugapl, the two men who have won the title since its inauguration. There's another all Windsor clash as Mark Quinton takes on Rob Wigley, and Phil Parkin (Nelson) faces an away match against Steve Lang (Warwick Cons). Jason Humphries (Nelson) faces Matt Bradley (Warwick Uni). Terry Robinson (Harbury) plays Cubbington's Eddie Yates. Because of a disqualification int he last round, Dan Turner (Warwick Uni) receives a bye.

Three Man Challenge Cup - Quarter Finals

Holders Nelson A (Parkin, Croft, Baylis, Gillard) play away at Home Guard A (Gelfs, Howe, England) as they bid for a third straight 3 Man title. Windsor A (Quinton, White, Jugpal, Magnus) face Priors A (Williams, Harvey, Young, Chamberlain) for the fourth year in a row, having won two of the three meetings. Warwick Cons have a strong team in Deller, Carter, Lang & McKowen and they face the Harbury A side of Robinson, Blundell, Bull & Coney who have done well in this competition in recent years. Tachbrook (Kelley, Devey, Thorne, Tunney) will face Nelson B (Handley, Humphries, Robinson, Stribbling).
